This App decrypts HCEF files (HIPAA-compatible encrypted file), emailed to you from healthcare organization affiliated with us.
Instructions:

1) Install App, enter your phone number, your email address and 4-digit password
2) Click button Register
3) Now you can simply open any HCEF file (attached to your email) using option “Open file in Decrypto”
